Welcome to Mind Body and Soles Reflexology……

By just visiting my website you have taken your first step into understanding what Reflexology is and how it can benefit you!

My name is Sophie and I am the owner and reflexologist at Mind Body & Soles.com based in Colchester, Essex. My passion is caring for people and their well being.

So a bit about me. I was a Senior Support worker for over 20 years within the care industry, working with vulnerable adults, people with learning disabilities and also within hospitals and care homes for the elderly. The reason I decided to become a qualified Reflexologist is that I have always had an interest in alternative therapies from a young age.

When I was 21 years old I started suffering with with panic attacks in social settings.

The day I rang up about my Reflexology course I spoke to my tutor about why I may not be able to do the course I really wanted as I suffered from anxiety.

She said…….

I can help you

I have never felt so happy and not alone anymore!

Reflexology worked for me!

I stopped taking my medication though the power of reflexology and I now feel great which is why i feel the need to support people through there journeys i am a firm believer that if mind body and spirit are aligned we live healthier happier lives

People frequently ask me what is reflexology? and how this can help me? so i will be posting new blogs every Saturday through my website to help you understand where your reflexes are situated and how they are worked to improve your mental and physical wellbeing

This will include a variety of different subjects relating to reflexology and Aromatherapy and how they can benefit you.

On the 2nd November I will be discussing the use of reflexology to treat FERTILITY
