HAPPY NEW YEAR! Just a quick update on Mind Body and Soles Reflexology as 2024 comes to an end and we look forward to the New Year and all 2025 has to offer.

Hopefully my latest Blog finds you all Happy and Healthy following the festive period and looking forward to the new year full of excitement and positivity. I would like to thank all my existing clients for their support this past year as well as all my followers on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn its always great to receive such fantastic feedback and reviews and lets be honest without you all I wouldn’t be able to continue doing what I love, Reflexology! So continue to drop likes, follow and comment on my content.

A New Home for Reflexology

In 2025 Mind Body and Soles will continue to offer the best possible Reflexology and Aromatherapy experience for clients by improving their well being and supporting any chronic medical conditions they have but in the setting of my new dedicated treatment space here is Colchester, Essex.

However I am continuing to offer a mobile service if you prefer the comfort of your own home.

Set in my Zen style garden it truly will be a haven for Reflexology treatments and therapy. So watch this space as construction begins in January aiming to complete by the beginning of February 2025!

Mind Body and Soles continues its Association of Reflexology accreditation for 2025 to give you extra piece of mind that you are in safe hands. The AOR is a great source of information and support for not only Reflexologists but also clients wanting to know more about the amazing benefits Reflexology offers.

Alongside AOR accreditation Mind Body and Soles is NHS listed and you can claim back the cost of treatments if you have Private Medical Insurance.
